  • People who are relatively new to the plant-based kitchen

  • 1 person: €150
  • 2-3 persons: €75 p.p.
  • 4-6 persons: €65 p.p.

People who are having a decent skill of cooking (not necessarily plant-based)

WHY PLANTBASED?

With countless diets, nutritional science and accessibility to any kind of product sourced from all over the world, eating in our time has gotten really complicated. Actually, it got so complicated that we rely on governmental advisories, doctors, scientific articles and diet books how to eat healthy.

For me, eating healthy is simply to eat food that is as close as possible to the way nature made it.It is not about strict limitations. Rather, it’s about feeling energetic, improving my health, and boosting my mood. 

Throughout the years I have experienced the positive benefits of adopting a mostly plant-based lifestyle. I will never be rigid about a plant-based diet. Rather do I eat a free-range egg from my neighbor than importing coconut cream. However, I do believe that a plant-based diet can do well to both your health as to the planet. 

During my coaching I will also teach you:

Plant foods reduce inflammation. Plants’ essential nutrients work to resolve inflammation in your body.
